All items are made to order.
Production takes 2–5 business days, delivery 5–10 business days depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! All our products are made to order, so returns are usually not accepted.
However, during the first period of our store launch, we accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will happily provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
